Any time I want anything done, all I do is pick up the phone and they are right there for me.  Customization is #1 on my list.  If you can’t customize it so it’s usable for you, there’s no point.

FloorPro® is user-friendly and easy to use.  If I have a problem, I don’t want to call someone who just takes down my information and gives me a ticket number.  When I call ABS, I can talk with an engineer right away.  Their customer service is excellent.

Quite honestly, running reports to the screen and Excel makes things easier.  We do things that most of our competitors can’t do.  We have customers that ask what were their sales last year along with copies of old invoices.  We can pull up an aging and disputes.  It’s a lot easier for A/R to send invoices to customers.  There are so many things that I can do to help our customers using FloorPro®.  It’s versatile and user friendly.  

It’s not a complicated program so you can centralize and focus on certain areas where you may or may not have problems with profitability.  You can see what your costs are, what your inventory is valued at.
